Ring Granulator is widely used in Coal Washeries. It is a positive crusher for achieving desired size of product. The use of Granulator helps to generate less dust than other conventional crusher. The Granulator helps to generate body is manufactured from thick M.S PLate & the Braker Plate and two type of rings are manufactured of high Manganese Steel Casting conforming to IS: 276 Gr. - I. The Crusher is capable to crush Coal of Lump size up to 250mm to (-)12 mm. It is made of various capacities from 15TPH to 60TPH as per capacity requirment.

Hammer Mill Crusher is widely used in coal over plant. It is manufactured in various capacities, Coal of Lamp size 150-200mm is Crushed / Grinded to (-) 3mm. This heavy reduction ratio is possible in Hammer Mill Crusher only. The  Crusher body is stable and fabricated with thick MS plate to avoid vibration during Crushing / Grinding of Coal. The Frame of body is made in hinged type which facilitate in convenient & quick maintence. The inner body is lined with Wear Resistence Steel. The Breaker Plate is lined with Manganese Steel Casting conforming to IS: 276 Gr. - I and adjustable.
