Coke Cutter is widely used for its positive cutting activity. It is mainly used in Hard Coke manufacturing plants with different granding arrangment, It contains two rollers covered with number of segmented liners having cutting spikes to acheive a desired size of hard coke. The spikes with each liner segment are made of high Manganese Steel casting conforming to IS 276 Gr. - I. These liners with spikes has a long working life and also easily replaceable for quick maintence. The cutter rollers are robust in design and gap between two rollers is adjustablewhich helps to getthe desiredsize of hard coke.
